I didn’t get to run today like I planned, because I had to wash my dirty shoes from the last day I went hiking… Buuuut I did manage to work out some Pop Pilates for 2 hours with a couple breaks in between. Just gotta keep this up, at least 6 days a week with some weight lifting and running. Okay I can do this! I’m gonna lose all the flab I gained over the past 3 months and get slim by July! >:D
